1. Develop and maintain the planning and scheduling procedure in accordance with the opportunity realization manual, own the planning processes and ensure robust implementation of the overall project planning framework. 2. Integrate the Project Schedules from all Project stakeholders and Contractors 3. Analyze progress status, identify potential delays, their impact and workaround. 4. Develop the planning and progress monitoring procedures for Engineering, Procurement, construction and commissioning so each element of the project performs the processes consistently. 5. Closely work with the contractors to ensure alignment of Corporate Planning reporting and requirements including reviewing, commenting and validating all aspects of Contractor’s planning, scheduling and progress measurement in accordance with the agreed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) using Primavera planning software and ensuring compliance with the Contract requirements. 6. Define necessary improvements in planning process including progress reporting, forecasting and independent progress verification checks of performance. 7. Provide support in developing the contract key dates, milestones and plan dates for alignment with the overall integrated plan, by evaluating bid schedules and reviewing contractor plans to support contract award recommendations. 8. Assist Project Controls Manager to develop and set up Project Management Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the performance of the project. 9. Assist in defining Resource requirements to execute the Program build. 10. Assess the impact of approved changes and any deviations from the key project targets and milestones, including productivity monitoring and ‘What if?’ scenarios to aid project management decision-making. 11. Apply probabilistic techniques to determine and communicate the possible range of schedule completion dates for the project. 12. Effectively interact with project team members to develop realistic plans for completion within time and budget. 13. Coach planning engineers in acquiring the planning skills and knowledge as when required. 14. Report progress status (Weekly, Monthly) and forecast to complete trends. 15. Provide full Cost Engineering, Work Management, Analysis and Cost Control guidance. 16. Develop and maintain all Cost Reports. 17. Ensure Trends with back-up information is included on the Cost report to represent all indications of deviation from planned expenditure/cost. 18. Review Contractors invoices for actual cost and trending. 19. Preparing budgets and projecting phase wise cash flow. 20. Manage Project Cash flow. 21. Carry out cost Risk Analysis and management contingency.

1. Accountable to the Project Services Team for implementing design, Construction and Installation Management Field Planning and Scheduling Systems. 2. Preparing and updating of relevant planning and scheduling procedures for approval. 3. Integrate the Project Schedules from all Project stakeholders and Contractors including EPC, Drilling, Completion and Flowline schedule 4. Reviewing and comment on all aspects of Contractor’s planning, scheduling and progress measurement in accordance with the agreed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) using Primavera planning software and ensuring compliance with the Site Contract Administration Procedures and the Contract requirements. 5. Ensuring Contractor’s Program is integrated with current Deliverables at all times. 6. Performing independent assessments of delays to Deliverables, as and when necessary/required using critical path analysis (CPA). 7. Verifying Contractor’s weightings and resourcing to enable aggregation of activities for progress measurement in accordance with the WBS. 8. Verifying Contractor’s S-curves, Histograms planned and actual, by discipline, in order to monitor execution of project work scope. 9. Verifying Contractor’s Monthly, Weekly and Daily Progress reports. 10. Preparing an independent assessment of Variations and changes to the Program as and when required, together with the Site Contracts Manager. 11. Identifying areas of concern/risk, especially to Contract Milestone & Completion Dates and working with the Site Management to determine and implement acceleration and / or recovery plans. 12. Prepare and obtain approval of the annual expenditure forecasts and cost re-estimates in line with the project reporting calendar. 13. Create a clear relationship with the Finance and Contracting & Procurement functions in the project and align the respective roles, responsibilities and deliverables. 14. Facilitate Estimation & Schedule Analysis Review (ESAR) review in coordination with Functional team and provide mitigation proposals to the project teams
