LOGISTICS SUPERVISOR (NORTHERN OPERATIONS)
Supervise and coordinate the activities of Nogliki based staff and contractors. Coordination and planning of interfaces between Airport ( 3 choppers delivering people to 3 off shore platforms, Railway, Kaigon port ( 3 craw boats of up to 70 passengers each) people movement activities. Be responsible to ensure timely movement of SEIC personal and materials is maintained through Nogliki region. Holder of Company “Power of Attorney” and represent SIEC on Border Guard and Immigration issues. Provide single point of contact for all Northern logistics activities (Nogliki, Kaigon, OPF) to support Company activities. Liaise with local agencies to maintain good working relations on behalf of SEIC. Interface with all contractors providing Nogliki based services to SEIC logistics and provide oversight. Be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all SEIC facilities, services and assets within the Northern region of Sakhalin Island. Develop new methods of business as requirements demand. Contract holder for all Northern Logistics scope of work (Kaigon Port Contract - $ 2,000,000; Nogliki Camp Services Contract - $ 1,650,000; Nogliki Camp Water Well Contract - $ 200,000.). Supervises Contractor providing Catering, Housekeeping and Laundry support. Ensures that such services of a high standard and to the satisfaction of the quests of Nogliki Base Camp. Monitoring of all Safety Issues, conducting Safety Meetings, checking the maintenance of safety equipment. Responsible for physical assets of Sakhalin Energy Investment Company Ltd., including proper handling, storage, transportation, and security. Supervises Contractor providing Ground Transportation ( 50 vehicles fleet). Coordinates Contractor providing Medical Services. Supervises and Coordinates Oil Spill Response Contractor.
