Working on the company`s (Invensys, Acquired by Schneider Electric in 2013) products (Triconex PLC/ IA Foxboro DCS/ Wonderware Intouch) and other variant systems delivering automation solutions as per customers` specification and industry`s standards. Scope: • Perform all aspects of Project Control and Safety from Design through to on-site Installation and Commissioning. • Designing test specifications and procedures for Safety H/W & S/W systems to validate compliance to regulatory requirements. • System specification, design, implementation, configuration for Schneider/Invensys product and 3rd party supply. • Ensure that the correct project procedures are followed and that QA requirements are fully satisfied on assigned areas of work. • To define and configure sequential, continuous and ladder logic from client P&IDs and technical descriptions. • Ensure technical information is communicated to all relevant parties as appropriate, Attend and document meetings as appropriate. • Co-ordination and leading of client factory/site acceptance tests. • Scoping, Planning and performing FAT activities for Nuclear Safety related Digital Control Safety H/W Systems.

Worked in two float glass factories as a shift maintenance engineer, carrying out necessary troubleshooting and preventive maintenance programs. Got vendors` trainings (locally and abroad) on different automation systems and instrumentations (SIEMESNS S7 & Allen Bradley PLC/ Wonderware Intouch HMI...). Prior to erection, worked on inspections of control system contracted by local and foreign suppliers
