Ensure any modifications to plant operation are subject to the Management of Change process before implementation  Ensure that at no time is there infringement of the Safety rules and Safe Systems of Work.  Mandatory Compliance: relevant duties include, plant inspections, verification on plant alarms and shutdown systems, chemical hazards, waste management, station housekeeping

 Monitor Quality of petroleum products.  Monitoring and ensuring accurate and quality of refinery process.  Innovated advanced modifications to the process in order to increase efficiency and quality of Oil Products.  Equipment Start-Up and shutdown. Prepare process, utility, and energy isolations.  Troubleshooting systems and equipment. Preparing process Isolation design and implementation of the isolations.  Monitor and ensure that facility operation remains within the parameters.

 Supervise team of 16 Operators. Control their work and assigns tasks as applicable.  Ensure Quality and Quantity of separated gas complies with operational targets and requirements.  Responsible for work being carried out in safe and efficient manner.  Fully responsible for the plant operation in terms of Equipment maintenance, operations efficiency, Quality of production and safety of personnel and facilities.  Timely reporting to site manager on Production rate, quality, integrity of equipment and systems etc.  Ensure all production targets are achieved.  Proactively approach in Accidents prevention.

 Monitor quality of Oil received from Oil production platforms on daily bases.  Injected Strata water into stratums in order to maintain strata pressure.  Identify shortfalls in operations procedures and make relevant recommendations as applicable.  Assessment of quality of production and process, reveal lacks and suggest improvement plan.  Regularly monitor work quality on site. Monitor Safe Operation and ensure unsafe practices are eliminated.
