- Participate in the negotiation with Russia party from Feb.2015 through Licensing and Quality Assurance Workgroup (LQAWG) to establish the quality assurance program for the project, the licensing process, licensing documentation needed and establishment the Codes and Standards implemented in the project - Developed the Procedures for the negotiation with Russia Party including but not limited to: • MOM procedures for Working groups; • Documentation management system for work groups. - Developed Quality management plan for El-Dabaa NPP, Egypt (May 2015) for each phase of the project: • Site Approval phase; • Construction phase; • Commissioning phase. - Developed the request of information (ROI) for the biggest five vendors in the nuclear activities from different countries (Russia-China-South Korea-France-unites states) for entering of them with direct negotiation to built the 1st nuclear power plant - Review of the Quality Assurance Manual for Establishing the first NPP in Egypt construction status (January-March 2013) - BIS update for the 1st NPP in Egypt (November 2013)

• Preparation of KNPP, Bulgaria for the OSART Mission, area of plant Maintenance (September –November 2012); • One of the participants that developed the BIS for the first NPP in Egypt –project implementation working group (PIWG) for providing the General quality assurance requirements, (May to October 2010); • Preliminary Quality plan for Egypt (from July 2010); • Preliminary Physical Protection and Security Plan for Egypt (from June 2010); • Analyses for the new NPP in the other sites rather than El-Dabaa Site.
