• Review and advice on technical specifications of Company’s HSE Management System in Line with HSE standards to ensure compliance with the approved standards and codes of practice with latest development/amendments in fire, safety, lifesaving equipment, statutory requirements, and report appropriate recommendations. • Implementing of Process Safety Management (PSM), Quantitative Risk Assessments (QRAs), Hazard and Operability studies (HAZOPs), incident investigations and HSE auditing experience. • Conduct regular audits/ inspection of all safety, lifesaving, emergency equipment, materials, fire protection/prevention equipment of all operating sites to ensure adherence to safety standards and codes of practice. Recommend corrective measures, follow-up necessary actions and report. • Monitor, coach and advise on the Management of Change process. • Leads & assist daily meetings with the Rig managers, Senior Staff, Department Heads and Client Representative as required. • Participate in accidents/incidents investigations and prepare relevant reports and recommendations. • Assist in preparing HSE annual budget, maintain the related cost control registers. • Coordinate & administrate ON-JOB Training based on HSE Training Matrix. • Monitor compliance of HSE orientation and induction for all personnel. • Review & Implement Aramco’s Environmental Management System (EMS). • Handling the investigation of Environmental Incidents.
