 Training the employees and new company comers onto the soft skills minimum metrics required that would qualify them sufficiently to kick off into their required jobs within Raya  Creating, preparing and delivering new training materials about Communications Skills, Leadership Skills, Customer Service, Sales Techniques, Business Ethics, Public Speaking, Coaching, Complaint Handling, Advanced Customer Service, and several of other materials that we learn and train on daily basis.  Training product knowledge within implemented projects in Raya to reach the best outcome  Analyzing employees’ performance per employee and base a plan for performance enhancement.  Managing junior and senior trainers onto their training implementation.  Handling trainers' quarter and annual performance appraisals to decide their salary variables and tasks across.  Appointed as the soft skills focal point and spok in the department where any trainer should get back to my permission for implementing any new training techniques/approches/materials. Also I have been awarded as the department's highest performer twice in 2 different years.

 Supervising and managing 35 Quality assurance officers controlling the region of Egypt with an average of 400 accredited centers to supervise and qualify.  Handling schedules and payrolls.  Managing and monitoring the work of 10 QA officers of 7 Arab State members.  Implementing the UN procedures across the ICDL Middle East programs.

 Handling the relationships (Marketing campaigns, consultation, hierarchy formulation and payrolls) between Jobmaster’s clients in the business and development department.  Adopting clients’ tasks for them (admitting sponsors for job fairs, and getting candidates for application.  Doing the sponsorship sales for clients and marketing deals as well.

 Reporting to Branch Manager Updates regarding agents’ performance.  Training the new agents, and help older agents improve their performance.  Making new scripts for the training, agents on the phone, and for the sign ups.  Acting as an Operational Supervisor when the top managements are absent.
