Caspian Region HRD Coordinator
• Conduct monthly review of developmental gaps and needs of all staff
• Coordinate and create training programs, selecting content, and sourcing training vendors (English, Russian).
• Adopt and deliver monthly New Employee Orientation.
• Facilitate and deliver leadership and communication workshops (over 10 different subjects).
• Design HSE/QAQC/HR policies and procedures allied with Kazakhstan regulations
• Facilitate and deliver HSE orientation and HSE trainings (over 40 different subjects)
• Coordinate HRD team to make sure we work for success.
• Define human resource development strategy for the country that links to the company’s business and global HR strategies.
• Coordinate Caspian Region training and competency needs and records.
• Confer with management to check the work situation requiring trainings for employees to better understand changes in HR/HSE/SQ policies, procedures, regulations, and technologies.
• Day to day coordination of learning center facilities, including maintenance, catering and intervention scheduling.
• Coordinate activities of instructors engaged in training employees or customers.
• Confer with managers, instructors, or customer’s representative to determine training needs.
• Evaluate training packages, including outline, text, and handouts written by instructors.
• Monitor budget to ensure that training costs do not exceed allocated funds, work on budget report to justify expenditures.
• Design, develop, and deliver training and educational programs in connection with management development.
• Write, edit, and produce training and education material based on needs assessment.
• Design training, development and assessment policies and procedures under various projects.
• Coordinate the competency system, assist to PSLs/SGs, monitor the compliance.
• HR competencies focal point, monitor the development of Operational, Technical departments, Support functions.
• Caspian SME on Competency System.
• Participate in weekly management meetings to be in spot of Halliburton’s main strategies and initiate development and training activities.
• Full Training Coordinator access to web-based system (management, creation of certificates, batch enrollment, creation of requirements to the region)
• Qualified assessor for development initiatives.
• 2006 – implementation of online training system, development of hard copy analog in Russian language
• Conduct gap analysis as the first step in competency system in order to check demand in technical trainings for operatory, tech professionals and office personnel.
• Coordinate contract, amendments, invoices, acts of acceptance from training centers. Full accountability.
• Develop questionnaires for HSE and developmental courses, evaluation of training centers questionnaire for the feedback right after each takes place.
• Keep rosters and protocols according to the ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
• Subject matter expert in strengthening the bench program. Program is developed for reserve workers that will replace expats in the future. Program is replaced by Competency system in 2010.
• 2011 – was responsible for 5 student for the internship program, keeping their papers, evaluating professional characteristics. I have experience in job fairs facilitation and participation. In may 2011 as the vice president of IMPACT young professionals Halliburton group conducted Professions day for school graduates, where they could learn professions available on the market. That initiative helped children to meet Halliburton employees, where the least describes specifics of their professions and education pertaining to that. All our specialists were doing a short presentation about themselves and their work.
• From 2009 we have Field Operational Development program, that allows young university graduates to learn in the fast mode and become supervisors in 2 years after employment. I am assisting this program here in Kazakhstan.
