Supervise Direction & horizontal wells (motors, RSS systems, MWD tools, LWD/MWD tools) Deals with Drilling Problems Such As Salt Water Flow, Losses in Depleted Zones, Stuck Pipes, Salt Movement, Casing Problem and Water base & oil base drilling fluid problem & others. Supervise side track (open hole & cased hole) & re-entry wells. Supervise Open hole Logging. Running all types of bits (tri cone, PDC, impregnated bits). Well control during normal operation & during kick. Supervised BOP test & accumulator test. Have good experience in drilling with water base mud & oil base mud systems. Supervised a lot of fishing operations. Follow-up supply activities of company materials & equipments to deliver well plans. Completion &Work over Rigs: Run gas, oil & water well completions. Initial completion using TCP (Shot & Pull – Shot & Drop – Shot & Stay) & Casing gun perforation Supervise Fishing & string shoot jobs. Supervise Tubing & pump replacement (ESP & SRP). Performed Drill Stem Test ‘DST’ for gas wells, Complete the Well As (Single Water Injection String & Single Selective Water Injection String Using Straddle PKR.). Performed Acidizing & stimulation job. Recorded cased hole Log Perforation Job ( Over Balance – Under Balance With N2 – Under Balance With Disk ), (Mechanical & Hydraulic Firing) Performed Hydraulic Fracturing for Perforated Interval. Test The Well (Lift & Test). Complete The Well With ESP, Sucker Rod Pump & Water Injection String Performed Balanced Cement Plug & CMT Squeeze Job. Isolate opened reservoir interval using tie-pack liner Ensure that the daily operations on the rig are reported accurately; confirming costs and discuss completed operations with Superintendent. Engage and encourage drilling contractor and third party service companies to offer suggestions for increasing operational performance. Ensures continuous improvement and ideas from rig after action reviews and lessons learned are incorporated into daily work instructions and implemented in all well operations. Provide Plans for future operations and ensures required materials and services are available at rig site in an efficient time frame. Provide written work instructions to all crews involved in operations with emphasis on key risks identified and with measures to avoid NPT. Responsible for managing operations in the most cost-effective manner and cost control of all activities in my area of responsibility. Ensure that all operations on the rig site and camp area are carried out according to Company’s Safety, Environment and Loss prevention policies, rules and regulations. Responsible for HSE procedures being continuously enforced, and for making capable decisions in emergency situations. Ensure that safety regulations and practices are respected by all personnel on rig site including drilling contractor and Service Company employees. Regularly inspects rig and third-party equipment for adequate maintenance. Maintains inventory of all equipment / materials / supplies. Ensure that safety drills/tests are conducted on rig site as per company plan and procedures. Investigates accidents/incidents and follows-up action plan.
