● Verify cost effective, safe and fit for purpose structural engineering design solutions Submitted by subcontractor. ● Review and verifies vendors’ information. ● Carry out single discipline (SDC) and inter-disciplinary (IDC) checks for the project. ● Review the design of modular steel structures (Process modules, Skids, Modular Pipe racks….etc.).  Design for inplace condition.  Design for transportation condition.  Design for lifting condition. ● Review of design of lifting arrangement (Slings, shackles, Spreader bam, Pad eyes). ● Review of stick-built steel structures. (Pipe racks, equipment supporting structures…etc.). ● Review foundation loading data before submittal for foundations engineers. ● Review weights & COG data for lifting in site & weight control sheets. ● Review calculation sheet & check drawings. ● Review project MTO for process modules submitted by subcontractor. ● Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (piping, Static equipment …. Etc.). ● Coordinate with procurement department for available material stock in the market. ● Check Calculations prepared by subcontractor. ● Revise 3D model for clash check before 3D model review with client. ● Reply to client’s inquiries & comments. ● Reply to subcontractor’s fabrication yard inquiries. ● Follow up with PMT for deliverables status & progress. ● Follow up with document controllers for deliverables issuance.

Etc.). ● Coordinate with procurement department for available material stock in the market. ● Supervise structural designers (4 NOs). ● Check Calculations prepared by engineers (2NOs). ● Revise 3D model for clash check before 3D model review with client. ● Reply to client’s inquiries & comments. ● Reply to fabrication yard inquiries. ● Follow up with PMT for deliverables status & progress. ● Follow up with document controllers for deliverables issuance. ● Update deliverables control sheet for structures of my scope.
