Monitors whether payments are made relevantly and at the right limits. 6-Controls whether the store’s operational processes are appropriate to the company’s standards and legal legislations; determines and applies the necessary corrective and preventive actions related to any noncompliance. 7-Do the necessary controlling and monitoring, and takes the necessary precautions in order to ensure that recorded and actual store stocks are consistent. 8-Takes precautions about the security of life and property in the store according to legal legislations and the company’s memorandums. 9-Do planning so that the store staff works in coordination with each other. 10-Makes sure that store staff adopts procedures and rules; infuses them with the corporate culture and team spirit. Motivates employees. 11-Provides the store staff with guidance and training to make sure of their personal and professional development. Helps them make their career plans by coaching and mentoring them; follows the related processes. 12- Do hiring process for all store staff ( interviews , revewing all legal hiring documentations ) responsible and creating for store Head Count . 13- Provide Daily feedback on store performance related with to sales and staff efficiency. 14- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. 15- Do the necessary controlling and monitoring, and takes the necessary precautions in order to ensure that all store Maintenance requests are done in perfect time by contacting the suppliers.

Responsibilities: * Maximizes sales and exceeds store budgets, achieved through effective and continuous space, stock and seasonal management, and highest possible levels of customer service. * Uses sales and space reports to determine correct allocation of space within store, and uses sales history to condense or open space out seasonally. * Advises (Business Manager / Operations) on out of stock departments/lines, slow sellers or price sensitivities. * Plans and organizes key/promotional events in a timely and systematic way, to ensure on-time delivery.
