3- Control warehouse spare parts to be in controlled budget and coordinate with planner the warehouse inventory.
4- Time management control for maintenance and utilities team to reduce overtime to be at minimum value
5- Plan overhauls for all equipment’s of the plant.
6- Plan overhauls for utilities mechanically and electrically
7- Implement PM system for all equipment to assure its continuity with coordination with maintenance planner.
8- Implement PM system for utilities part in terms of electrical and mechanical & assure its continuity with coordination with maintenance planner.
9- I’m Responsible for all PLC’s program & SCADA related.
10- Installing a management system to control the modifications & parameters changed from the original.
11- The technical side from industrial division responsible for any new systems implantations.
12- Responsible for saving back up for all machines in regular periods.
13- Assure the functional Specs of any new systems & processes.
14- Approve the (FAT) factory acceptance test for the new processes.
15- Completely responsible of utilities project technically and financially.
16- Responsible for implement new project to improve energy consumption and CO2 foot print.
17- Implement the annual maintenance budget and assure its monthly spending.
18- Responsible with the project team for implementing the annual Capex to assure the factory performance and achieve the demanding targets.
19- Lead contractor management pillar to achieve the safety targets and ensure the contractor compliance with Danone rules.
20- Lead the milk loss turnaround plan to achieve 1.8% out of 6% and now Danone Egypt is best in class with achieving 0.6%.
21- Together with the plant team passed audits: WISE2, FM Global, FSCC22000, Many of FSI and PRP.
22- Only CBU in Africa without non-negotiable findings in food safety 2016.

The Automation industry factory be divided into independent shops Body, Paint and Assembly, Based on my previous experience with the SIMATIC S5 I was chosen to be responsible for Elect. Maintenance of Paint shop & components operation through this period I graduated as:
• From 5-11-2003 to 3-4-2005: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
• From 4-4-2005 to 1-10-2009: Electrical Supervisor Engineer.
• From 1-1-2010 till resigned: Maintenance Manager.
My Responsibilities at EGA:
1- Manage all the electrical team (Engineers & Technicians) & distribute the maintenance work orders between them.
2- Lead a team of Technician solving any of faults\problems which may appear on any of production lines or the Electric tools used. Such as Hoists which are controlled automatically using Siemens S5 PLC's program or S7 PLC's program, conveyors, pumps...etc.
3- Co-operate with the Mechanical staff and production section in order to achieve best performance and scheduling the routine maintenance actions.
4- I'm responsible for maintain & solve electrical and mechanical problems in the refrigeration system of whole factory which is consisted of chillers, refrigerators, temperature and humidity control systems, central & split air-conditions.
5- I’m a Leader of a team Responsible for making studies and set up a new stamping Factory for manufacture cars steel components to calculate & supervise all the electrical installation in the factory.
6- I’m a member of a team Responsible for making studies and set up the necessary modifications in the most economic way, in order to start assembling a new Model of Mercedes private vehicle (S-Class V221).
7- I’m a member of a team Responsible for making studies and set up the necessary modifications for all lines in the most economic way, in order to start assembling a new Model of Mercedes private vehicle (C–Class W204 & E-Class W212).
8- I’m electrical member responsible for all the modification in the PLC step5 & electrical installation needed in the Paint shop section for new Sonata body will be painted in our factory.
9- Perform preventive maintenance plans, according to pre-set procedure and breakdown analysis.
10- I'm responsible for maintain & solve electrical and mechanical problems using the engineering methods for problem solving analysis (flow charts, fishbone diagram, work breakdown structure,….etc) in the component operation factory which is consisted of CNC machines & Presses refers to my mechanics previous experience (Bearing, installation, Hydraulic diagrams, Pneumatic diagrams & refrigeration systems) in PrimaPlast Egypt.
11- Preparing the annual spare parts according to machine history card for all above mentioned machines and equipments.
