Coordinated the development, manufacture and delivery of all out-sourced items’ production to customer. Had lead responsibility to align a nation-wise sourcing network, for both the immediate season’s needs and the long-term strategy, with the manufacturing needs of the business units. Coordinate this strategy with companies global strategy of manufacturing and ensure that a balanced manufacturing/sourcing strategy is achieved and maintained for all items production. Done operation management service for group’s all operations in Egypt including sourcing, pricing, developments, sampling production start up , production and logistics. Supervised also the all QA operations performed by a 3rd party company.
