Follow the current Infrastructure projects business, SCADA Systems manufacturers and clients in Egypt. Understood the power generation & Infrastructure variety projects such as (Thermal, Renewable, Hydro, Nuclear, Transportation, Water Treatement, Rolling Stock…etc). Initiate a reference for technical specification common & differences from project to project. Estimation of target price, negotiation & approaches of its calculations. Investigate about the main competitors in power & infrastructure markets for our consortium partners in Egypt. Follow up the flow of power & Infrastructure projects from the stage of loan agreement, tender announcement till getting awarded and contract signature. Involved in face to face meeting with clients, consultants and attended business meeting for negotiating technical details that will affect major decisions in the project. Involved In contract negotiation after passing through all the tendering procedures from Tender Announcement to Contract Signing. Gabal El Zayat Wind turbine Generators Farm, Dairut IPP power project. PM assistant in Upper Egypt Regional Control Center rehabilitation & Middle Egypt Regional Control Center construction. Contracting procedures awareness from the tender announcement step till contract signing for infrastructure projects.
