1- Well Integrity Engineer To ensure that there can be no unplanned release of hydrocarbons and that the risks from the wells to personnel, assets and, environment are ALARP by:- • Implementing the Well Integrity Policy / Standard, Management System and associated procedures. • Developing critical operating procedures. • Developing the annual well integrity plan (testing, greasing and, repairing). • Performing (witnessing) Tree & wellhead inspection & maintenance. • Annulus monitoring. • Well integrity tracking system for well inventory. • Prioritizing intervention work plan. • Ensuring that all outstanding well integrity issues are captured within the integrity data base and solutions managed to execution in a timely manner. • Interfacing with all teams (wells, production operations, HSE, PE). • Implementing systems, process and contracts to support management of well integrity. • Developing resource plan to support implementation. • Ensuring all parts of the well operating envelope are maintained as per the company's Well Integrity Management System, (WIMS). • Managing of the tree and wellhead maintenance contractor to ensure delivery of the planned maintenance routines. • Creating and removing of dispensations from policy. • Identifying efficiencies to reduce company costs and increase production. • Creating purchase requisitions for Tree & wellhead spare parts, checking and approving invoices for payment. • Assisting with the well intervention planning process and identifying any possible operational efficiencies. • Creating well intervention requests regarding well integrity interventions. • Developing intervention programs and work instructions. • Ensuring contractor assurance to company standards by being part of audit teams. • Ensuring accountabilities for well integrity clearly defined and in place. • Reviewing reports of Well Integrity testing and make recommendations as applicable for remedial operations, tracking remedial operations within the Well Integrity database. • Updating the Production Engineering Team Leader, Asset Integrity manager and Field manager with well integrity information as appropriate. • Delivering of annual well integrity statement • Training, coaching and mentoring junior staff in well integrity team. • Demonstrating a personal commitment to the HSE and HSE Policy. • Leading by example with a strong commitment to HSE. 2- Well Intervention Engineer / Production Technologist / District Engineer / Offshore Production Engineer To develop and perform all well intervention and offshore activities:- • Plan, design, witness &supervise, prepare jobs' programs and all materials (equipment, spare parts & special tools) and, analyze all well Intervention operations including wire line and slick line, rig and rigless operations not limited to perforation /re-perforation, WSO, PLT, FSI, MFCL, CBL, open-hole logs, cased-hole logs, static surveys (Amerada & memory gauges), gauging/full gauging, GLS, GLVC, scale inhibition squeeze, stimulation, tubing cleaning, acid soaking …etc. • Draw X-sections and determining offset wells relationships to develop recommendations (WSO, perforation /re-perforation, stimulation…etc). • Prepare well-by-well reviews to be discussed and extract an action plan for each well to improve field performance. • Troubleshoot and unload producing gas-lift wells at the optimum flowing conditions. • Prepared technical reporting on daily, weekly, monthly and, annual basis for production, losses and, activities to middle management. • Performed gas lift design, redesign & troubleshooting for ceased-to-flow wells. • Supervise production testing operations for individual wells to ensure capability to meet production targets in terms of quantity and quality, and implement sampling program. • Supervise routine oil and gas production related activities on platforms, which are not limited to well pipelines pigging, x-mass tree valves greasing, periodical functional testing, and choke replacement. • Ensure that platforms operating parameters are met through close monitoring of wells’ production trends (pressures, temperatures, sampling, analysis...etc.), then perform required investigation and diagnosis for wells’ problems and propose corrective actions. • Ensure adherence to HSE rules and joining HSE teams during the course of periodical HSE inspections and propose corrective recommendations. • Participate in technical studies about production optimization concerning artificial lift projects, work over, well intervention, modifications...etc. • Identify jobs requirements / resources and prepare jobs related procedures, reports and sign service tickets / time sheets of related contracted services, also follow up contracted service performance by preparing periodic performance audits. • Identifying hazards and risks accompanied with any routine or non-routine job, whatever onshore or offshore, and preparing the risk assessment needed to perform all activities in safe way. 3- Onshore Production Engineer / Process Engineer:- • Supervise all oil processing activities in the onshore plant including oil dehydration, desalting, thermal & chemical treatment, storing& exporting. • Manage and approve all Work Permits related to routine or non-routine maintenance activities for all vessels and pumps in the plant through applying the PTW system. • Ensure that the export specifications related to crude oil and gas are met through coordinating with Laboratory and Quality Control Department. • Troubleshoot equipment malfunction through implementation of periodical functional tests and inspection programs. • Ensure equipment availability and reliability through initiating corrective maintenance Work Orders whenever experiencing certain faults that may have potential for production loss or may adversely impacting the HSE of the assets or personnel. • Enforce HSE implementation and strictly adhere to the PTW requirements related to cold, hot, spark potential work that may require systems isolation, de-isolation, vehicle entry, confined space entry, loading, offloading…etc. • Act as a focal point for all working crews; offshore and onshore. • Coordinate work activities with other departments, maintain operational communication with allcompany counterparts. • Plan and manage the staff and work schedule and distributing roles. • Prepare technical reports on daily, weekly, monthly and, annual basis for production, losses, activities, anomalies, incidents and investigations to top management. • Participate in commissioning and pre-commissioning activities related to projects like plant upgradeand installing a new offshore platform. • Train all junior engineers and trainees to develop their skills and to put the right person in the right place. • Monitor all technical tools and spare parts for equipment in the warehouse and requesting them through the material management system (MMS) if needed to avoid equipment shutdown or any job delay. • Plan the logistics schedule to obtain most effective use of subordinates and contractor crews, and minimizes flying and marine navigation times. • Responsible for the Management Of Change system (MOC) through performing technical reviews of modifications and changes to operations documentations, manuals, operation procedures and standing instructions. • Prepare the annual budget (offshore and onshore). • I’m nominated as a production representative and team member in Taskforce Team to identify the process area bottlenecks that may hinder the production operations at full plant capacity.
