Main activities and responsibilities: As a part of the design team at Dar Cairo I have participated in the design of large and medium scaled projects (religious, educational, residential, retail, office, mixed-use buildings and sport facilities) making sure to meet the local and national building codes and construction regulations. Generate preliminary design concepts and prepared presentations. Prepare all studies of project design from initial concept through detailing to completion on site. Supported and assisted lead architect in all phases in many major projects Communicate with clients to determine the clients’ requirement making sure that it be delivered on time. Conducted research needed to complete architectural projects Prepare architectural drawings, schedules and specifications plus tender documentation.

The firm was established in 1983 by Dr. Mohamed Moemen Afify professor of architecture and environmental design, at department of architecture, faculty of engineering Cairo University, M A Consultants designed a large number of public and residential building by which the firm was lately given consultancy in design of public and residential building. Main activities and responsibilities: I was a team leader for a small number of architects and we were responsible for managing a lot of project starting from data collection and conceptual design phase through preparing architectural drawings,schedules and specifications plus tender documentation phase till the construction phase.

The firm has a large experience in design, program planning and organization, site surveying and building evaluation for the medium-sized projects. Main activities and responsibilities: Assisted in the design and preparation of working drawings and computer presentation. Provided on-site project supervision
