Click to edit position descriptionResponsibilities: * Meet, greet and direct Guests who enter the lobby area; * Serve as the main point of contact for regular guests and VIP Guests and ensure hotel departments are fully briefed on their requirements; * Seek verbal feedback from customers on a regular basis and respond to all Guest queries in a timely and efficient manner; * Manage, record and resolve Guest or customer complaints promptly; * Ensure a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained for Reception, Lobby area and Executive Lounge; * Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all facilities and services provided within the hotel and identify opportunities for up-selling and promoting when appropriate; * Show creativity with ideas regarding lobby/reception decoration at suitable seasonal time periods in order to enhance the overall image and warmth of this area for the Guest; * Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas; * Maintain staffing levels to meet business demands; * Attend all Reception meetings and Executive Lounge Meetings; * Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation; * Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems; * Assist with other departments, as necessary.

Responsibilities: • Assist with check-ins / check-outs of clients; • Greet Guests upon arrival; • Assist all departments in being receptive to the needs of guests; • Assist staff with language and culture; • Assist with translations (information: guest directory; menus etc.) as required; • Collect the guest comments on the hotel and ensure guest satisfaction; • Check rooms readiness before guests’ arrival; make and change room assignments according to guest requirements; • Demonstrate awareness of policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within the guidelines.

Responsibilities: • Provide students with right educational activities and experiences enabling them to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical and social growth. • Help students develop necessary skills to be productive member of society. • Design, write and utilize lesson plans conforming to school’s curriculum. • Ensure written plans are available for review. • Ensure lesson plans are modified depending on different student learning styles.

Responsibilities: • Create and organize the whole animation program in the hotel with help of the team • Responsible to the hotel management for the animation program • Check the running of activities and supervise other animator by their duties • Moderate evening programs and shows in different languages • Organize sport activities and tournaments in different sports (beach volleyball, football, tennis, table tennis, water ball, darts, aerobic, aqua gym, stretching, etc.) depending on the skills and hotel facilities • Organize a program for children in Kids club, on the beach, by the pool etc. • Organize evening animation for children (Kids disco, carnival, children shows) in cooperation with other animators and under the supervision of chief animator
