 Plan and design for OnStar telephony infrastructure to launch OnStar GM telematics (in-vehicle emergency and security) services in Middle East GCC region for 6 countries.  Select and support best telephony and telecommunications solutions in the Gulf to support OnStar HQ office, Data Center and Call center based in Dubai.  Support and sustain the OnStar complex telephony platforms consisting of : - Avaya Media servers and G450 Gateways connected to ACM in North America. - Call Copy recording Servers hosted in Dubai and storing calls and screen captures on US servers. - Acmepacket 4500 and 4250 SBCs in back to back user agent configuration. - Airbiquity Digital Modem banks configuration and Operation. - Handling all PSTN E1 and DS3 circuits’ issues with Telco providers. - Audicocodes M2000 and M3000 installation and configuration. - Sustain of Avaya IP Phones (469xx series) for the call center operation. - Interfacing with Genesys CTI platform and OnStar GAA call center business applications. - Manage and support OnStar HQ office Telecommunications (Cisco desk Phones and Cell Phones, E1 and Telephone lines/Modems, auditing phone bills and Telco’s Invoices).
